Description:

Some grants awarded under the announcement may involve Geospatial Information. The purpose of this grant program is to provide funding for projects which are unique and innovative. This grant program supports EPA?s strategic goal of land preservation and restoration. The aim of the grant program is to preserve and restore land by using innovative waste management practices and by reducing the risks posed by releases of harmful substances. Special emphasis will be on the following Region 9 priorities. Applicants should also pay attention to the information outlined in Section V of this solicitation for guidance on specific evaluation criteria for proposals.
